Concept’s local managers will attend your property, survey the insurance related property damage and provide a detailed report of their findings.
The report will include the reasons for the damage (The Claim) and contain a schedule of recommended repairs, including the financial costs; this will be sent to your insurer on your behalf.
We will then negotiate and agree the reinstatement work with the insurer or their representative, once authorised we will project manage the reinstatement works, utilising our qualified vetted tradesmen to return your property back to its pre-loss condition.
